12+ - The film is intended for viewers aged 12 years and over. The film contains violent scenes and uncensored language that may have a negative impact on children under the age of 12.
16+ - The film is intended for viewers aged 16 and over. The film uses uncensored language and may include scenes of a violent, sexual or horrific nature which may have a negative impact on those under 16 years of age.
16+ - This film is restricted for audiences aged 16 and over. The film uses uncensored language and may include violent, sexual and horror scenes which may have a negative impact on persons under 16 years of age. Proof of age is required to attend a film with this age restriction.
18+ - This film is intended for mature audiences. The film uses profanity, may include violent, sexual and horror scenes which may have a negative impact on persons under 18 years of age. Proof of age is required to attend a film with this age restriction.
Cinema staff have the right to request identification and refuse to sell tickets to or admit individuals who are below the specified age limit, even if they are accompanied by adults.
The film rating system follows the regulations for classifying films set by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia.
