3D CINEMA Customer Online Self-Service Terms of Use.

Purpose of the document.

The purpose of these Terms of Use is to provide the Customer with information about the terms of use of the System and to set out the obligations of the Customer and 3D CINEMA in relation to the use of the System. When registering for the System, the Customer is obliged to read the Terms of Use properly. The Customer confirms that the data provided by the Customer when registering for the System and hereinafter is true, valid and complete. In the event of the submission of false data, 3D CINEMA shall be entitled to unilaterally terminate the Agreement.

Terms used:

  • Account - the Customer's account in the System, where information about the Customer's activities in the System and purchases made is stored.
  • 3D CINEMA – 3D CINEMA SIA, vsingle registration number 44103054296, registered office – Rīgas iela 19, Valmiera, LV-4201. E-mail: info@3dcinema.lv
  • Customer – the recipient of the 3D CINEMA service and/or the purchaser of the Goods, a natural person who has electronically confirmed that he/she accepts the Terms of Use and has registered in the System.
  • User Name – a unique name chosen by the Customer to be used when logging in to the System in order to be identified in the System.
  • Terms of Use – these Terms of Use of the System.
  • Agreement – the distance agreement between 3D CINEMA and the Customer for the use of the System based on the Customer's Registration with the System.
  • Password – a permanent password chosen by the Customer and used when logging into the System.
  • Goods – cinema tickets or cinema Gift Cards/ Vouchers offered by 3D CINEMA.
  • Registration in the System – rfilling in the registration form, entering the required data, agreeing to the terms of the Privacy Policy for Use and Data Processing, and any other set of actions, the performance of which is a prerequisite for the use of the System.
  • System – 3D CINEMA's online customer self-service system, available at www.3dcinema.lv enables Customers to purchase cinema tickets online and obtain information about the films shown in the cinema.
1. Subject of the Agreement.

1.1 Under the Agreement, the Customer orders and 3D CINEMA undertakes to connect the Customer to the System and to provide the Customer with the services related to the System, and the Customer undertakes to use the System in accordance with these Terms of Use.
