Video Surveillance for Security Maintenance
3D CINEMA will conduct video surveillance on the premises it manages and will retain video recordings for 30 days from the time of recording. This is to ensure the safety of visitors, employees, and the company, as well as to protect the property of individuals on the premises.
Photography and Video for Marketing Purposes
3D CINEMA may take photographs and videos of visitors for marketing purposes during selected events occurring in the cinema or at events held outside of it. Visitors will receive prior notification about video and photo recordings before they take place. In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation, photographs and videos will not be taken of individuals under the age of 13.
