Internal Rules of the Cinema

A cinema-goer attends a screening to appreciate the art of cinema and should not disturb other audience members with their behavior.

For information:
  • The film repertoire and screenings for the following week (from Friday to Thursday) are scheduled every Monday and are made public on Monday or Tuesday afternoon.
  • 3D CINEMA SIA, registration number 44103054296 (hereinafter referred to as 3D CINEMA or the cinema) reserves the right to change the scheduled screening times and film format or to cancel screenings without prior notice.
  • Tickets can be purchased on the website up to 15 minutes after the start of the screening. 15 minutes after the screening starts, the website no longer displays information about the screening and tickets can only be purchased at the 3D CINEMA box office, where tickets can be purchased 30 minutes after the screening starts.
  • It is forbidden to bring your own food and/or drinks into 3D CINEMA. It is also forbidden to eat or drink food brought with you in other areas of the cinema. Only products purchased at the 3D CINEMA box office may be brought into 3D CINEMA.
  • In case of non-compliance with the prohibition, food and/or drink will be confiscated at the entrance to the cinema until the end of the screening and/or the customer may be expelled from the cinema. 3D CINEMA is not responsible for the spoilage of confiscated food or beverages. 3D CINEMA reserves the right to impose a fine of EUR 200 on anyone who enters the cinema with their own food and/or drink and to expel the cinema-goer concerned from the cinema without refunding the ticket price.
  • 3D CINEMA staff has the right to refuse admission and/or expel from the cinema any person who violates 3D CINEMA's internal rules without refunding the ticket. In the event of a serious breach of the rules, 3D CINEMA shall have the right to detain the offender until such time as the offender is handed over to the police or security guards.
  • Parents who allow their children to visit the cinema without parental supervision must make sure that the child respects and is aware of 3D CINEMA's internal rules. Parents are responsible for ensuring that their child does not bring food or drink into the cinema and does not break any other rules of order.
  • For lost and found items and documents in the cinema, contact the cinema box office.
  • 3D CINEMA reserves the right to amend these 3D CINEMA Internal Rules at any time without prior notice.
At 3D CINEMA it is forbidden:
  • To smoke (including e-cigarettes, vapes, IQOS cigarettes, hookahs);
  • To be under the influence of drugs or other psychotropic substances;
  • To disturb other visitors - disrespect public order;
  • To throw litter on the floor or leave it on the chairs;
  • To bring in and consume takeaway food and drinks;
  • To carrying large bags* and objects which obstruct the passage of other visitors between the rows in the hall, thereby endangering people's lives during evacuation;
  • To bring in cold weapons and firearms;
  • To deliberately damage or destroy cinema property;
  • To enter or ride a mechanical or electronic means of locomotion;
  • To bring animals, taking into account the specific environment of the cinema as well as the well-being of other visitors;
  • To not return 3D glasses to cinema staff after the screening;
  • To film, photograph or make audio recordings in the cinema premises, especially of the film being shown, is forbidden without prior agreement with cinema management. If cinema staff have reason to believe a visitor is recording, they may detain the individual until the police arrive. A fine of €1000 may also be imposed.
 

* Large bag - handbag, computer bag or backpack larger than 40 cm x 25 cm x 20 cm.

** 3D CINEMA offers to store these items in the box office area until the end of the screening, by prior arrangement with the cinema staff.

Visitors of the cinema must comply with the cinema's internal rules and comply with the requests of the cinema staff.

Violators of the cinema's internal rules may be expelled from the cinema without a refund of the ticket price and may also be prosecuted under the Law of the Republic of Latvia on disturbing public order.
