1.1. These Terms constitute a contract between 3D CINEMA and the Programme Participant regarding personalised offers and other benefits that 3D CINEMA agrees to provide. The Programme Participant is entitled to receive these benefits under the terms outlined herein.
1.2. This contract is separate from any other transactions that may occur between 3D CINEMA and the Program Participant, including but not limited to purchases made through 3D CINEMA's e-shop or box office.
1.3. These Terms outline the main rights and obligations of both parties as well as related provisions. By participating in the Programme, the 3D CINEMA Program Participant agrees to these Terms. Before joining the Programme, the Program Participant should review these Terms and has the right to either agree with them or decline.
1.4. While various benefits are provided to the Programme Participant, the primary benefit is "Personalized Offers." Thus, the main purpose of these Terms is to deliver personalised offers based on factors relevant to the Programme Participant.
1.5. To fulfil these Terms, 3D CINEMA must profile the Programme Participant, which involves processing their data in an automated manner to evaluate aspects related to the individual, as detailed further in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1.6. 3D CINEMA has the right to modify these Terms and Conditions or to discontinue the Program in whole or in part. 3D CINEMA will notify each Program Participant of the change or termination of the Program on the Program Website and/or by email.
1.7. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and is presented to 3D CINEMA's Program Participant before they begin participating in the Programme. The personal data of the Programme Participant is processed to ensure compliance with these Terms. By joining the Programme, the Program Participant confirms that they have read the Privacy Policy.
What are they?
Personalised offers are the primary advantage of the Programme and are the main reason it exists. These offers are tailored specifically for Program Participant based on their purchase history. Program Participant can receive discounts on specific ticket types or on their total purchases.
How do they work?
The frequency of personalised offers is determined by 3D CINEMA and may vary over time. For example, offers can change weekly and may be valid until the end of the month. Program Participant will receive the latest personalised offers via email. If a Program Participant wishes to receive updates about these offers, they must opt-in by indicating their preference in their Profile or at the cinema box office before making a payment. To utilize the personalised offers, the Program Participant must check the box in their Profile to receive these notifications via email.
What are they?
Kino Klub Loyalty Points are a form of discount that Program Participant accumulate in their Profile when completing purchases, provided they are logged into their Profile at the time of payment.
How can a Program Participant accumulate Kino Klub Loyalty Points?
With each purchase, Program Participant earn points, which vary based on their Kino Klub Loyalty level. The 3D CINEMA loyalty system has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond.
Bronze Level: Program Participant achieves this level by creating a profile in the 3D CINEMA system. This level is for those with a loyalty score between 0 and 999 points.
Silver Level: Program Participant enters this level by accumulating at least 1,000 loyalty points, applicable to those with between 1,000 and 4,499 loyalty points. A Program Participant remains in this tier as long as their points stay within this range.
Gold Level: Program Participant reaches this tier by accumulating at least 4,500 loyalty points, applicable to those with between 4,500 and 17,999 points. Members remain in this tier as long as their points remain in this range.
Diamond Level: Program Participant achieves this level by accumulating at least 18,000 loyalty points and must maintain this amount to stay in this tier.
Loyalty points do not expire; however, if a Program Participant returns a purchase, the points earned from that transaction will be forfeited. Additionally, if a Program Participant uses their accumulated Kino Klub Loyalty Points and falls below the required points for their current Loyalty Tier, they will be automatically moved down to the corresponding Loyalty Tier. For example, if a Program Participant has 4,600 points and uses 1,000 points for a purchase, they will be palced from Gold Level to the Silver Level.
The point-to-euro conversion rates are as follows:
Bronze Level: EUR 1 = 10 points; 500 points = EUR 1
Silver Level: EUR 1 = 15 points; 500 points = EUR 1
Gold Level: EUR 1 = 20 points; 500 points = EUR 1
Diamond Level: EUR 1 = 25 points; 500 points = EUR 1
Each Program Participant's loyalty level is calculated individually, and the Program Participant can use all points accumulated in their Profile. Program Participants do not earn points if they are not logged into the 3D CINEMA system at the time of purchase or make a purcahse at the POS.
How Can a Program Participant Use Their Accumulated Loyalty Points?
A Program Participant of the 3D CINEMA Kino Klub can use their accumulated loyalty points to make purchases in the 3D CINEMA e-shop or ath the POS. Loyalty points can cover up to 99% of the purchase amount, based on the number of points available in the member's profile. However, certain limitations apply.
To use loyalty points, the Program Participant must inform the 3D CINEMA seller before completing the payment or select this option in the 3D CINEMA e-shop during checkout. It’s important to note that 3D CINEMA Kino Klub loyalty points do not expire and are valid indefinitely.
Program Participant may choose to receive information about offers, campaigns, sweepstakes, personalised offers, service improvement surveys, and other related updates from 3D CINEMA through various channels (e.g., SMS, email, and social media). Program Participants can indicate their preferences in their profile settings.
Program Participant can also enjoy additional benefits offered by the Programme, which may change from time to time. More information about these benefits is available on the 3D CINEMA website, through newsletters, or by visiting 3D CINEMA locations.
The Program is open only to individuals who are at least 13 years old.
To participate in the Program, 3D CINEMA customers must first register on the 3D CINEMA website or at the 3D CINEMA box office.
The Programme Participant will be notified of the successful registration of the Account by a special notification at the end of the registration process. The Programme Participant will also receive an automated email to the email address provided during the registration process as a validation of successful registration. This email will contain an email verification link, which the Programme Participant should use to validate the email address.

Only after successfully registering an Account in accordance with the process explained above will a Programme participant be able to take full advantage of the Programme benefits set out in these Terms and Conditions.
If a Programme Member uses an unregistered Account, the Programme Participant will not be able to accumulate Loyalty Points.
A Programme Participant may independently change the details provided at the time of Account registration. This can be done in the Account, by contacting the Customer Service Centre, or at the Box office.
The Programme Website provides the opportunity for a Programme Participant to create an Account. By creating an Account, the Programme Participant is able to access information about personalised offers, the balance of the Kino Klub loyalty programme points, etc., as well as update profile information and make changes to the settings at his/her discretion.
The Programme Participant can also view their Purchase History and Pending Bookings in their Account.

The Programme Participant may contact the Customer Service Centre for any questions related to 3D CINEMA. For example, the Customer Service Centre may assist in registering an Account, resolving problems with personalised offers, etc.
A Programme Participant may terminate his/her participation in the Programme in the following ways:
Complete deletion of the Account means that all benefits and data associated with the Programme Participant will be permanently anonymised or deleted from the Programme and can no longer be accessed.
In addition to the rights and obligations outlined in other sections of these Terms, both parties shall have the following rights and obligations:
These Rules shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
Any disputes related to these Terms and Conditions or the Programme will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the disputes will be resolved in court, following the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unreasonable or unenforceable by a court or other competent authority, the remaining sections will remain valid and binding.
